Great River Health strives to provide consistent, high-quality care to all patients. There are times when members of our team provide exceptional service. Use this portal to nominate anyone who works in our hospital or one of our clinics. It can be a person who provides medical care or a support function.
The nominated employee will receive special recognition, and your donation will be used by the foundation to improve patient experiences here, such as equipment, furniture, and facilities. Although your identity will remain confidential, we will share your story to inspire others.
We recommend a $35 gift to the Great River Health Foundation, but the amount of a donation is up to you. It isn't about the size of the gift; it's about recognizing the people who provide truly exceptional service.
